Senior Manager, Grants and Donor Engagement

BBYO is looking for a Senior Manager, Grants and Donor Engagement to join the Marketing Team and help advance BBYO's mission by strengthening the systems, stories and communications that support philanthropic giving. This role centers on writing and coordinating seven-figure foundation grants, helping frontline fundraisers stay on top of regional grant deadlines, drafting strategic messages from the CEO to major donors, and supporting donor engagement efforts. Responsibilities: • Manage the full lifecycle of foundation grants, including proposal preparation, submission, reporting and renewal tracking • Review, edit and strengthen key regional grant submissions in partnership with fundraisers • Coordinate with program, finance and other staff to gather required data, budgets and narratives • Maintain accurate records in the grants database and CRM and manage the grants inbox • Manage BBYO's direct mail program, executing five initiatives per year • Draft key communications from the CEO to major donors • Support on-the-ground donor engagement around BBYO International Convention Qualifications: • 3-5 years of relevant experience in grants management, fundraising, non-profit development or donor communications • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing or a related field; master's preferred but not required • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM • Excellent writer and storyteller; highly organized and systems-oriented project manager Salary: $75,000-$85,000, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive.
