Job description

BBYO is looking for an Associate, Talent Services to support the Director, Talent Services by coordinating the logistics of recruiting and managing talent - consultants, educators, speakers and song leaders - who provide content that deepens Jewish impact across all immersive experiences. This role is part of the International Convention team. Responsibilities: • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external talent to confirm schedules, deliverables, travel details and required documentation • Coordinate logistics for hiring, onboarding, travel and payments, including contract processing and payment workflows • Coordinate contracting and payments for IC Leads locations • Maintain accurate records, timelines and checklists across multiple concurrent programs • Support talent coordination for International Convention, regional conventions, summer programs and adult experiences • Support the Jewish Enrichment team by coordinating logistics for song leaders and Jewish Enrichment Consultants • Maintain a database and tracking system for speakers and other talent • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team and the Executive Vice President Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-4 years administration experience and a bachelor's degree • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and calm under pressure • Budget tracking experience and strong technical skills including Airtable, Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong listening and public speaking skills, flexibility and ability to work with different constituents Salary: $52,000-$56,000, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive. Washington DC preferred.
