Maimonides School, a K-12 Modern Orthodox Jewish day school in Brookline, MA, is seeking experienced candidates for full-time and part-time Hebrew language teaching positions for the 2026-27 school year. Flexible schedules and teaching opportunities are available. Responsibilities: • Teach a combination of classes in Middle and Upper School grades, focusing on critical skills related to the four strands of language acquisition: listening, speaking, reading and writing • Provide an environment that encourages participation and recognizes the needs of individual students and the entire group, offering support and flexibility as needed • Integrate Hebrew and Israel into other areas of the school through interdepartmental collaboration • Work as part of a cooperative and diverse team of educators and administrators • Cultivate positive relationships with current and prospective students and parents Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • 2-4 years of teaching experience, preferably in Middle or Upper School • Experience teaching Hebrew as a second language; native Hebrew speaker a plus • Interest in professional growth and commitment to continuous learning Salary: Competitive annual salary commensurate with experience.
