The Innovative School of Temple Beth Sholom on Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, dynamic, reflective and intentional Elementary Level Lead Teacher for a full-time position starting in August 2026. Responsibilities: • Develop approaches and methodologies that incorporate state standards while enabling children to co-construct their learning within a joyful, academic, engaging environment • Build and nurture relationships with learners, understanding their interests and curiosities as well as how they learn best, and contributing those insights to curriculum, assessment and tailored learning experiences • Support learners' growth across social, emotional and cognitive domains • Demonstrate openness to observation and feedback and willingness to grow as a collaborative, reflective educator Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, or an out-of-field degree with teaching experience and state certification. The Lead Teacher will be supported by an Assistant or Associate Teacher. The Innovative School, educating children from infancy through 5th grade, is a Reggio-inspired school that values a learner-centered approach. Salary: Starting at $50K, commensurate with experience.
