The Innovative School of Temple Beth Sholom on Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, dynamic, reflective and intentional Elementary Level Assistant Teacher for a full-time position starting in August 2026. Responsibilities: • Work in collaboration with Lead Teachers to maintain daily classroom routines, transitions and care of surroundings • Build relationships with learners to understand their interests, curiosities and how they learn best, contributing observations to decisions about curriculum, assessment and tailored learning experiences • Share responsibility with Lead Teachers to support learners' growth across social, emotional and cognitive domains • Demonstrate openness to observation and feedback and willingness to grow as a collaborative, reflective educator The Innovative School, educating children from infancy through 5th grade, is a Reggio-inspired school that values a learner-centered approach and offers robust professional development in a collaborative workplace.
