Job description
itrek is a nonprofit that empowers rising and established leaders from diverse sectors to engage their networks in meaningful Israel experiences. Since 2011, more than 27,000 influential leaders representing 130 nationalities have traveled to Israel through itrek. Reporting to the Director of Graduate Programs, you will serve as the point person for a portfolio of itrek Leaders - graduate students and occasionally faculty from top business, law and policy programs - as they plan and execute Israel Treks for their peers. You will coach and support Leaders through every phase: recruiting participants, designing itineraries, running pre-trip events, supporting them on the ground in Israel and conducting follow-up. Responsibilities: • Recruit high-quality itrek Leaders committed to the program's mission • Onboard and train Leaders on planning structure, recruitment strategies, funding model, platforms and timelines • Manage relationships through regular virtual and on-campus meetings; serve as central point of contact • Guide Leaders through participant recruitment, itinerary design, budgeting and logistical oversight • Travel to Israel as needed to support Leaders on the ground and oversee the Tour Operator relationship • Track KPIs, maintain program data in Salesforce, and design and analyze impact surveys Qualifications: • 3-5 years of related experience; experience in Israel engagement with the unaffiliated • Strong connection to and knowledge of Israel • Strong management, client relationship and partnership-building skills • Willing and able to travel semi-regularly within the US, Israel and abroad Salary Range: $63,000-$78,000, commensurate with experience.
