Job description

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually. The Donor Services Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate gift processing and acknowledgements while providing outstanding customer service to donors, staff and financial partners. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Process and record all contributions in Raiser's Edge, including gifts, pledges, pledge payments, matching gifts, payroll deductions, online donations, event registrations and stock gifts • Maintain the integrity of donor records and perform ongoing database maintenance and data clean-up • Prepare weekly gift acknowledgements, tribute notifications, annual tax receipts and donor correspondence • Manage the pledge lifecycle including entry, payment tracking and reminder communications • Serve as a primary contact for donors and their financial advisors on gift processing, stock transfers and tax documentation • Generate queries, reports, donor lists and gift summaries; provide administrative support for fundraising events Qualifications: • Associate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of three years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in nonprofit administration or donor services • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior Raiser's Edge experience preferred • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends in support of organizational events Benefits: Free fitness and aquatics center membership, medical insurance with over 80% of the base plan premium paid, 403(b) with match, employer-paid life and long-term disability, 18 days of paid time off in year one plus more than 15 Jewish and Federal holidays, up to 50% early childhood program discount and EAP access.
