CRS Housing Case Manager

Job description

Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour. This full-time position is non-exempt and eligible for benefits. This position integrates intake, case management, housing navigation and payment processing to support individuals and families in achieving housing stability. The Case Manager serves as a central point of contact for clients, providing assessments, referrals and direct assistance, processing payments on clients' behalf, and delivering trauma-informed case management. The role requires building strong relationships with landlords, community partners and clients while ensuring compliance with program guidelines and documentation standards. Responsibilities: • Conduct client intake and eligibility assessments; provide information and referrals • Develop, implement, monitor and modify service plans with clients • Provide crisis intervention and supportive services toward housing stability goals • Request financial approval for program services based on assessed need and resource availability • Maintain accurate case records and adhere to grant eligibility requirements • Collaborate with community partner agencies and funder-required workgroups Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Three plus years' experience as a Social Case Worker for a public or private agency preferred • Knowledge of Denver metro area resources preferred; bilingual in Spanish strongly desired • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to meet with clients in their homes or other locations • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required
