Job description

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 The Chief Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, cultivating and securing new revenue opportunities that advance the agency's mission and strategic goals. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this position develops and manages relationships with corporate partners, nonprofit agencies, community stakeholders, government entities and other strategic partners to increase funding, expand services and enhance organizational impact. Responsibilities: • Develop and operationalize a comprehensive short- and long-term business development strategy to diversify revenue • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships and earned revenue initiatives • Lead feasibility assessments and business planning for strategic growth opportunities • Build employer and partnership relationships, identifying hiring practices, staffing and training needs, mental health referral possibilities and integrated group worksite opportunities for clients with disabilities • Conduct market landscape analysis to determine new lines of business • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and pursue sponsorship opportunities • Partner with Program Leadership, Accounting and Development to grow organizational revenue • Establish and track KPIs related to revenue growth, partnerships and business development JFS is a nonprofit human services organization serving anyone in need, regardless of circumstances or religious beliefs.
