Job description
The Harold Grinspoon Foundation is looking for a strategic, mission-driven professional to join the Life & Legacy team. Life & Legacy empowers donors to invest in their local Jewish communities across North America through endowment-building and legacy giving. Joining a small team, the Consultant delivers training and coaching to a portfolio of grantee communities and develops new resources to deepen legacy giving. Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of community grantees, coaching them toward key milestones in after-lifetime commitments, marketing and stewardship • Implement Life & Legacy training and curriculum both virtually and in person • Support grants administration, including application and budget review and impact reporting • Develop curriculum, toolkits, webinars and communities of practice • Support planning and content for the annual Life & Legacy Leadership Conference Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in fundraising and planned giving, including legacy giving, endowments and community organizing • Expertise in adult learning, training and facilitation • Knowledge of or experience in the Jewish communal landscape • Strong proficiency with online learning tools, virtual platforms and project management software Location: Fully remote within the U.S. or hybrid from the New York City or Agawam, MA offices. Travel required approximately once per month. Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
