Jewish Community Services (JCS), a comprehensive human service agency serving Central Maryland, seeks Residential Direct Support Counselors to support individuals in reaching their highest quality of life. Responsibilities: • Provide personal care including housekeeping, lifting, transferring, bathing, medication administration, and meal preparation • Perform general household duties • Support community integration — transporting individuals to appointments, advocating on their behalf, grocery shopping, and recreational activities Requirements: • Current MD driver's license; minimum age 21; acceptable driving record and 2 years of US verifiable driving experience • Reliable transportation with valid insurance; High School Diploma or equivalent; 1 year of experience • Sensitivity to Jewish culture (CMT certification, First Aid/CPR, and MANDT preferred) Salary: $17.00–$20.00. Floater positions available at 40 hours per week; open availability required.
