Early Childhood Educator and Consultant

Jewish Educational Services (an agency of The Associated) seeks a part-time Early Childhood Educator and Consultant to provide consultation and support to early childhood directors, teachers, and students, helping them meet the diverse needs of students. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 10 hours per month. Responsibilities: • Conduct classroom observations focused on specific students or on classroom management, differentiated instruction, and student engagement • Provide targeted teacher training and follow-up that supports implementation • Develop action plans for individual students and participate in student support team meetings • Consult with parents and help plan and execute professional development, including monthly EC Directors meetings and the annual EC Conference Qualifications: • Master's degree in early childhood, elementary education, or a related field • 3+ years of administrative/director experience or teacher coaching/mentoring experience • Early childhood classroom experience; familiarity with Jewish holidays and customs • MSDE certified trainer (or willing to complete the process); able to be on-site at preschools at least 75% of the time Salary: $60–$70 per hour (approximately 10 hours per month).
