A&D Business Development Manager

Job Description A&D Business Development Manager Location: Remote (Travel Required) Salary: $100K–$125K | Full-Time A leading commercial furniture manufacturer is seeking an experienced A&D Business Development Manager to build relationships within the architectural and design community. This role focuses on educating architects and designers through CEU presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product training while increasing product specifications and long-term business opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience working with architects, interior designers, or the commercial furniture industry and enjoys building relationships through education rather than traditional sales. Responsibilities: Build relationships with architects, designers, and design firms Schedule and deliver CEU presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations Educate design professionals on the company's products and solutions Identify new specification opportunities and grow the A&D network Partner with internal sales teams to help convert specifications into projects Maintain CRM activity and manage follow-up with prospective clients Represent the company at industry events as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with architects, designers, specifiers, or commercial furniture Experience delivering presentations or CEU courses preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and organized Willingness to travel as needed Compensation & Benefits: $100K–$125K base salary Performance incentives Healthcare benefits 401(k) Paid holidays Long-term growth opportunity with an established manufacturer
