Gilson JCC Early Learning Center in Sharon, MA has an immediate need for a passionate, experienced Certified Pre-K Teacher to join its professional team of educators. In this role you will shape the educational journeys and social-emotional growth of students, collaborate with a dedicated team, and develop captivating, age-appropriate lesson plans. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with co-teachers and the director to develop a high-quality, developmentally appropriate program • Implement early childhood curriculum and document children's interactions and experiences • Assess developmental stages and maintain records using COR Advantage, following Mass EEC and JCC SHEVA frameworks • Maintain an organized, vibrant classroom and build positive relationships with families through conferences and communication Qualifications: • EEC Teacher certification (or eligible/willing to become certified immediately) • A.A. in Early Childhood Education and at least one year of relevant supervised experience; B.A. preferred • Strong classroom management and communication skills Salary: $47,840–$49,920 annually.
