Managing Director, Enterprise Applications- Cleveland

Job description

The Managing Director, Enterprise Applications is a key partner to the CIO in defining and executing the Jewish Federation of Cleveland's technology strategy and guiding the ongoing evolution of its business systems. Reporting to the CIO, this senior-level role leads teams responsible for the administration, architecture, support, lifecycle management, and development of enterprise systems including Oracle NetSuite, Boomi, Salesforce, ADP, and a data warehouse. Responsibilities: • Partner with the CIO on the systems roadmap, strategy, governance, and delivery oversight • Collaborate with Finance, Development, Marketing, Donor Services, and HR to prioritize needs • Direct the strategy, architecture, integration, and lifecycle management of the enterprise application ecosystem • Lead master data management and a multidisciplinary team of managers, analysts, architects, and developers Qualifications: • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business preferred; Master's (MBA/MIS) preferred • 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology management; 5+ years leading cross-functional teams • Experience leading large-scale enterprise systems; nonprofit experience preferred • Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce strongly preferred About: The Jewish Federation of Cleveland is a leader in nonprofit technology, providing solutions and services that support the Federation's mission and drive organizational growth.
