Director, International Experiences- Cleveland

The Director, International Experiences oversees Jewish engagement opportunities for audiences aged 18–26 through local and international travel programs, primarily focused on Israel. Supervising the International Experiences Associate, the Director increases participation and ensures successful facilitation of the entire portfolio — Taglit Birthright Israel, Onward, MASA, and other international programs. This full-time role, based at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, reports to the VP, International Operations. Responsibilities: • Supervise the International Experiences Associate and oversee recruitment, promotion, and campus partnerships • Develop and manage portfolio and event budgets • Build partnership strategies with program providers, campus partners, and agencies • Create, facilitate, and expand programs, including pre- and post-trip engagement, and serve as a key part of crisis response • Ensure grant parameters are met, including increasing program participation Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred • 5+ years of relevant work experience • Significant experience living and/or working in Israel About: The Jewish Federation of Cleveland focuses on the health and vitality of the entire Jewish community in Cleveland, Israel, and around the world.
