Research Data Analyst

Prizmah's Knowledge, Research & Data team seeks a part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week), fully remote (US-based) Research Data Analyst to support its research, benchmarking, and evaluation initiatives by managing data throughout its lifecycle, from collection and validation to analysis and reporting. Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, validate, merge, and maintain datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity • Prepare tables, charts, dashboards, and recurring benchmarking reports with concise written summaries • Program and test surveys in Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey and organize evaluation data • Collaborate on research projects from data collection through reporting Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Master's preferred) • At least two years working with research, benchmarking, surveys, evaluation, or data analysis • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data cleaning) • Experience with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Tableau, Google Sheets, R, or AI tools a plus; familiarity with Jewish day schools a plus Salary: $33,000–$36,000.
