Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS), an award-winning nonprofit founded in 1943 and the county's largest provider of licensed outpatient behavioral health services, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for its outpatient CCBHC team in Hartsdale. The RN coordinates care for physical health conditions related to behavioral health, screens and monitors key health indicators, and monitors for adverse medication effects using evidence-based, trauma-informed, person-centered practices. Responsibilities: • Oversee coordination of physical health and wellness care, referrals, and appointments • Provide and supervise psychiatric nursing support across CCBHC clinics, OnTrackNY, and group homes • Manage triage, medication refill requests, prior authorizations, and EHR/lab records • Serve as Health Coordinator (health education, HIV/TB/hepatitis/STD screening); coordinate MAT/MOUD and administer injections Requirements: • Bachelor's in Nursing and active NYS RN license in good standing • EHR/computer proficiency; cleared through NYS Justice Center fingerprinting and SEL • Experience in behavioral health; ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Salary: $80,000–$90,000.
