Sr. Director of Partnerships and Development, Nassau Suffolk Region

Job description

BBYO seeks a Senior Director of Partnerships and Development to grow its reach across the Nassau Suffolk Region, engaging new teens and families, deepening partnerships, and enhancing chapter and regional programming for thousands of Jewish teens on Long Island. Responsibilities: • Cultivate relationships with synagogues and Jewish institutions across Long Island and identify new teen pipelines • Build collaborations with Jewish and non-Jewish agencies that elevate BBYO's brand • Drive fundraising goals — growing current donor gifts, expanding the prospect pipeline, and securing new gifts • Plan high-impact teen experiences and coach teen leaders on programming and leadership • Staff BBYO summer programs (2–3 weeks at a remote location) Qualifications: • 5–7 years of experience; work with youth/teens, event planning, and fundraising preferred • Bachelor's degree required; must reside in the Long Island area and travel regionally • Availability for some nights and weekends when teens are available Salary: $90,000–$110,000, plus discretionary performance bonus.
