Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) seeks a part-time Early Learning Specialist to join its Early Childhood home visiting team, based out of its White Plains headquarters. The position is 12–18 hours per week following a September–June school-year calendar; the schedule is flexible but must include mornings. Responsibilities: • Conduct twice-weekly home visits with 5 or more families • Document home visiting sessions • Collaborate with home visiting staff • Facilitate and model positive parent–child interactions Qualifications: • Reliable transportation required • Enjoys working with parents and children from infancy through preschool age • Comfortable engaging with families from diverse backgrounds; bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Able to model simple and effective parent–child interaction strategies • Computer skills including email, word processing, and mobile apps • Creative, flexible, and a strong team player Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
