Job description
Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS), one of the largest human service agencies in Westchester County, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Trager Lemp Center for Trauma and Resilience (TLC) program in Hartsdale, NY. Responsibilities: • Receive and screen incoming referral calls; coordinate and track referrals from providers and community agencies • Assist with assigning cases to clinicians and enter referral information in the Electronic Health Record • Maintain referral databases and provide statistical data to supervisors and grantors • Support day-to-day program operations: training and policy binders, ordering supplies, and grant requirements • Attend team meetings and take minutes; manage records requests from outside agencies Qualifications: • Associate's degree or 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service abilities • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills; strong writing skills • Bilingual skills a plus Salary & Benefits: $53,000–$57,000.
