Jewish Family Service Association (JFSA) of Cleveland has an immediate opening for full-time Counselors/Therapists. Join a health and human services agency that has served the Jewish and non-Jewish communities of Northeast Ohio for 150 years. You'll provide therapeutic services to individuals and groups, including new client intakes and diagnostic assessments, and join the Cognitive Enhancement Therapy team. Responsibilities: • Provide assessment and certified behavioral health services; conduct intakes and diagnostic evaluations • Document services accurately and meet productivity standards through appropriate billing • Represent the agency with partner and community organizations; support clients in the Achieving Potential Department Qualifications: • Master's degree in social work, counseling, nursing, or psychology; current LISW or other relevant independent Ohio license required • Five+ years of clinical experience (two in a supervisory capacity) preferred; valid Ohio driver's license Salary & Benefits: $65,000–$70,000/year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays (including Jewish holidays), paid time off, FSA/HSA with employer contributions, and a 403(b) with 3.5% match.
