JVenture Program Manager

Job description

The Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County seeks a highly entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Program Manager to lead JVenture, the Federation's entrepreneurship incubator supporting innovators and venture founders throughout the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast. This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor role (initial 12-month term, hybrid) with the opportunity to expand into a full-time position as JVenture grows. Reports to the Vice President, Community Engagement. Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day program management, cohort-based programming, and participant support • Recruit high-potential entrepreneurs and manage application, screening, and selection • Recruit and steward mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners, including Florida Atlantic University's Adams Center for Entrepreneurship • Coordinate workshops, networking events, pitch competitions, showcases, and demo days • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance program delivery and operations • Track program metrics and prepare reports for Federation leadership, funders, and the JVenture Task Force Qualifications: • Minimum five years in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, accelerator/incubator management, or related fields • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with the Palm Beach County business community preferred
