The Louis Brier Jewish Aged Foundation (Vancouver), which supports the Louis Brier Home and Hospital and the Weinberg Residence, seeks an Executive Director to lead its philanthropic strategy and operations, reporting to the Board. Responsibilities: • Lead overall strategy, performance, and a multi-year fundraising plan • Manage a diversified portfolio (major gifts, planned giving, annual/corporate/foundation support, events) and a personal portfolio of senior donors • Serve as chief ambassador in the Jewish and philanthropic communities; ensure exemplary stewardship • Partner with the Board and care organizations; oversee budgeting, financial stewardship, and compliance Qualifications: 5–7 years' senior fundraising leadership (healthcare/seniors care/complex nonprofit preferred); proven major-gift success; Board-partnership experience; strong financial acumen; undergraduate degree required (CFRE an asset); Keela experience; familiarity with the Vancouver Jewish community preferred. Salary: $120,000–$150,000 CAD.
