Louis Brier Home and Hospital (Vancouver) seeks a Financial Analyst (FP&A), reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with cross-functional teams • Perform financial analysis; develop executive dashboards and reports • Prepare Vancouver Coastal Health and Ministry of Health reports (Appendix C, HPRD, CHEFs); uphold financial governance Qualifications: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or in progress preferred); 5+ years in financial analysis/FP&A; strong Excel and financial modeling; ERP and BI-tool experience an asset. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am–4pm. Salary: $63,000–$91,000 CAD.
