JCFS Chicago seeks a Director of Disability Employment Services to lead the overall direction and monitoring of JVS Career & Employment services for people with disabilities (based in Skokie). Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs, staffing, budgets, and outcomes • Monitor employment trends and launch innovative, responsive programming • Research and write grants; establish and negotiate funding relationships (Illinois DRS, DHS) • Supervise employment supervisors and staff; collaborate with Jewish Federation and affiliate agencies; represent programs to the community Requirements: Bachelor's (master's preferred) in psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, social work, or related field; 7+ years in workforce development, especially disability placement (DRS knowledge a plus); 5 years' supervisory experience with proven outcomes and multiple funding streams; Customized Employment training; valid driver's license. LCPC/LCSW preferred. Salary: $79,000–$84,000/year plus benefits, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and paid Jewish holidays.
