Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS), Westchester County's largest provider of licensed outpatient mental-health services, seeks a full-time Geriatric Care Manager (Social Worker) for its Senior Services team (hybrid, based in White Plains). Responsibilities: • Assist older adults, on-site and in their homes, in accessing support services — entitlements, medical care, legal services, senior housing, and educational/social programs • Prepare and maintain accurate records per agency policy • Participate in agency committees and attend interagency meetings serving the elderly Requirements: Master's in Social Work or related field from an accredited school; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; strong organizational, communication, and case-management skills; commitment to supporting older adults. Salary: $60,000–$64,000/year plus generous PTO, health benefits, HRA, 403(b), agency-paid pension, and more.
