Job description
Gulf Coast JFCS seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for general maintenance and repair of Myrtle Oaks and Egret Apartments' common areas, grounds, and units, under the Director of Housing. Responsibilities: • Receive, prioritize, and complete work orders; perform interior/exterior upkeep and preventive maintenance • Support turnover of vacant units; evaluate HVAC and perform basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting • Order and maintain parts; service appliances; coordinate outside vendors and capital projects • Travel between Tampa (Heron) and New Port Richey (Egret) Requirements: high school diploma/equivalent (maintenance certification desirable) plus 5 years' apartment/residential maintenance experience; able to lift 50+ lbs; valid driver's license and auto insurance. $21.00–$24.00/hour plus 15 PTO days, 13 paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, and more.
