Director of Development - Campaign

The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore is seeking a Director of Development - Campaign to manage and grow a significant major gifts portfolio. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive donor stewardship strategies aligning annual, supplemental, capital, and planned giving opportunities; plan meaningful engagement opportunities including volunteer experiences, educational programs, receptions, and missions; and proactively identify and qualify new major gift prospects. This is a highly donor-facing position requiring excellent interpersonal skills, trust-based relationship building, and a collaborative approach to partnering with lay leaders. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of fundraising experience, preferably in major gifts; demonstrated experience across donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficiency with fundraising databases; and passion for the Jewish community and Israel.
