For more than 100 years, The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore has served as a cornerstone in building a vibrant, caring Jewish community. The Associated seeks a Director of Development - Endowments to join its Planned Giving and Endowments team — cultivating and soliciting endowment gifts for The Associated and its network of agencies, coordinating professional and lay training in endowment development, and communicating the benefits of planned and endowed giving to affiliated agencies, donors, and prospects in coordination with marketing campaigns. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of experience in fundraising or equivalent in marketing, financial planning, community relations, and/or planned giving; strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of fundraising databases and data analysis; and passion for the Jewish community and Israel.
