The Center for the Advancement of Jewish Education (CAJE-Miami) is seeking an Assistant Director for the March of the Living program and Teen Department to help lead, strengthen, and advance impactful teen programs and initiatives. This hybrid role combines program leadership, educational planning, strategic collaboration, and relationship-building to ensure teens thrive and contribute meaningfully to a vibrant Jewish future. The position is ideal for a strong professional who excels at managing complex programs, coordinating multiple moving parts, and delivering high-quality participant experiences, while also thinking strategically, contributing ideas, and taking increasing ownership over time. The Assistant Director works closely with the Senior Director and Teen Department team to strengthen program implementation, participant engagement, educational outcomes, and departmental growth.
