Job description

As a full-time OB/GYN seeing patients in Monroe, New York, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The role includes affiliations with two regional hospitals to ensure coordinated continuity of care. **Compensation:** $300,000–$375,000 annually **Benefits:** Full benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and PTO **Location:** Multispecialty clinic in Monroe, NY **Schedule:** Full-time **Responsibilities:** • **Provide comprehensive obstetric care** — prenatal visits, fetal monitoring, pregnancy counseling, and management of low- and high-risk pregnancies • **Perform gynecologic exams** — Pap smears, pelvic exams, breast exams, and preventive screenings • **Manage women's health conditions** — menstrual disorders, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, infections, and reproductive health concerns • **Conduct in-office procedures** — colposcopy, biopsies, IUD insertion/removal, Nexplanon, and minor GYN procedures • **Provide labor & delivery support** — collaborate with hospital teams for deliveries and inpatient care • **Develop treatment plans** — diagnose conditions, order labs/imaging, and create evidence-based care plans • **Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams** — work closely with midwives, NPs, nurses, and hospital staff • **Educate patients** — contraception counseling, fertility guidance, pregnancy education, and wellness support • **Maintain accurate documentation** — EMR charting, follow-up notes, and care coordination • **Participate in quality initiatives** — contribute to clinical protocols, patient satisfaction, and workflow optimization **Qualifications:** • Current MD license in New York • Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology • 1+ years of OB/GYN experience • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills • Compassionate, patient-focused approach **Pomera Care** is a healthcare recruitment and consulting agency.
