Honeymoon Israel — Togethering | Remote (US) Salary: $55,000–$75,000/year Togethering launched in 2024 to support mixed-heritage Jewish couples in the early stages of their committed relationships as they explore how Jewish wisdom, practices, and stories can add meaning to the lives they're building — on their own terms and in their own time. We do this through immersive, awe-inspiring travel, authentic personal exploration, and ongoing opportunities to build community with other couples. Togethering is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven, and mission-aligned Applicant Experience Coordinator to support the day-to-day application process across national application cycles. This role supports the curation critical to building high-impact, mission-aligned cohorts — ensuring consistency, equity, and scalability as Togethering grows its operations and impact. Key Responsibilities Applicant Communication & Experience • Manage applicant and application-related communication across email, phone, and text, responding to inquiries and supporting applicants throughout the application cycle • Oversee and execute applicant communications, including application status updates Application Cycle Operations • Use Asana to manage the application cycle, ensuring tasks, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups are clear and up to date • Provide ongoing administrative support related to applicants and application cycles, including pulling reports, maintaining dashboards, and tracking application pace • Create, organize, and maintain application cycle documents, trackers, and spreadsheets in Google Drive Application Review, Selection & Referral Support • Review Togethering applications and support the selection process, including participating in selection calls as needed • Oversee quality control of selection process reports and related materials • Support referral tracking and alumni outreach related to referrals Systems & Database Support • Support back-end interview logistics in Salesforce and Calendly, including scheduling workflows and system coordination • Manage ongoing Salesforce database administration, including managing duplicates, data integrity, backend updates, and generating reports Interviewer Management & Training • Support interview operations, including interviewer training, scheduling, billing coordination, and communication • Conduct interviews as needed to maintain coverage and support the overall interview process About You • Passion for Togethering's mission along with a keen understanding of the Jewish communal landscape and mixed-heritage dynamics • A minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in operations, administration, applicant support, program coordination, or a related field • Experience using Asana and Salesforce (or willingness to learn) • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfort working independently and collaboratively across a virtual work environment Benefits: Individual medical, dental, vision, paid parental leave, sick and vacation time, disability and life insurance, and participation in a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
