The school year is consistent with the Jewish calendar and closed during the summer. Responsibilities Maintaining the teacher's daily lesson plans and maintaining daily classroom schedules Supporting each child's social, emotional, and intellectual growth and development Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children at all times Assisting students with assignments or difficult concepts Qualifications Assistant Teachers must have a High School Diploma or equivalent Associate Teachers must have a Bachelor's Degree Must be at least 18 years of age or older Hebrew language and strong Judaic knowledge is a must Experience working with children is a must, preferably in a camp/school setting Must be able to start work at 8:20 AM for arrival and/or stay until 3:20 PM for the Early Childhood Department Why Magen David Yeshivah?
